About Us

Saheli’s vision is a world free of violence against women. Our mission is to empower South Asian and Arab women and families to lead safe and healthy lives.

We are here to offer non-judgmental culturally sensitive services for domestic and sexual violence survivors from South Asia and the Middle East in Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Nepali and Arabic.

Saheli offers legal support including translation, accompanying survivors to court and police stations, and offering free family law legal clinics.
